FLYSAN Trap: Specialised Trap for Pine Processionary Moth Control (Adult Stage)

FLYSAN® is an innovative trap designed with two side entrances and a lower bag-type collection container, ideal for the efficient capture of flying adult insects. Its design includes an internal basket for housing pheromones or specific attractants, providing a highly effective trapping system.

Specifically developed to capture the Pine Processionary Moth during its adult stage (Thaumetopoea pityocampa), a pest of major phytosanitary importance throughout the Mediterranean region and Central Europe, FLYSAN® can also be used to control other insect species. Installed on the pine trunk and baited with sex pheromones, it delivers excellent results without affecting the natural environment.
