1. Through this document we inform you of the terms and conditions that govern access to and use of the Owner’s websites, as well as the services and content associated with said sites and applications (hereinafter also the site/s or the websites). These general conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to sales made by the company SANSAN PRODESING, S.L., with tax ID B96304977, and registered office at calle Virazón número 1, 46119 Náquera (Valencia), registered in the Commercial Registry of Valencia, volume 5035, folio 190, sheet V-537870, to customers who purchase the products offered for sale through its website www.sansan.es.
2. The validation of the order by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. However, SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and of the Contents and Services that may be incorporated therein, these modifications being binding for all purchases made after their publication on the Website.
3. Access to or use of any website and/or app of the Owner by any interested party implies that the interested party acquires the status of “user” and, with that status, a series of rights and obligations. This website directs its services to users over 18 years of age who have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, with SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. declining any responsibility for the breach of this requirement.
Users undertake to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered through the Website, and not to use them to engage in illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
4. All prices are in Euros, and those established on the date the order is placed will be applicable, with SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. reserving the right to modify the prices of the available products.
The established prices are the final prices, including VAT at the rate legally applicable in Spain, as well as shipping costs provided that delivery is within the Iberian Peninsula. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and/or abroad, SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. will inform the customer of the shipping cost prior to purchase.
5. Orders are placed by correctly completing the order form on our website, with SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. reserving the right to verify the order. If there is no contact with the buyer or the order cannot be confirmed, the shop reserves the right to suspend the processing of the order.
The invoice confirming the purchase of the product is sent to an email address indicated by the customer.
6. SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. will ship the goods to the customer within 5 days of payment being made. If there is any problem with the shipment of the order, customers will be informed immediately.
SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. is not responsible for shipments that have not been delivered by the transport service due to the customers’ responsibility (no contact, no one at home, incorrect delivery address), nor for the economic or any other consequences arising from force majeure.
7. Claims and/or complaints will be made by telephone on the SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. number 963900551, and/or by email at the address sansan@sansan.minuevaweb.site.
SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. will respond to them orally and/or by email within 7 working days from the receipt of all the necessary information.
8. The customer has the right to cancel an order and return a product for any reason, and must do so within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product or placing of the order, and must notify their intention at the email address sansan@sansan.minuevaweb.site before that period expires
Once you have notified us of your intention to return a product, you only have to send it together with the purchase receipt and the original packaging within 7 days from the date of said communication.
When we receive the product, the purchase amount less the cost of shipping the product will be refunded, to the same credit card number from which the payment was made.
9. The accepted means of payment is the credit and debit card, with their details never being recorded at any time, being used only to complete the purchase process.
SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the payment data transmitted by the user during transactions through the website, using the SSL security protocol. We never record that data at any time and it is used only to complete the purchase process

The information or personal data that the user provides to SANSAN PRODESING, S.L. in the course of a transaction on the website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Policy. By accessing or browsing and/or using the website, the user consents to the processing of said information and data, declaring that the information and data provided are truthful.

13. The relationship between the Owner and the User shall be governed by the Spanish regulations in force. All disputes and claims arising from this legal notice shall be resolved by the Spanish consumer and user courts and tribunals.
